Mark (Sai Dharam Tej) is an IT worker in Hyderabad who is arrogant and puts his own interests ahead of others. He neglects his family, which consists of his mother, Easwari (Krishnakumari), sisters Veena (Kalpika Ganesh) and Gayathri (Ananya Nagalla), and brother Arun (Ravi Teja). Mark's girlfriend, Ramya (Ketika Sharma), is also unhappy with his behavior.
One day, Mark dies in a road accident. He meets Time (Pawan Kalyan), who gives him a second chance to live. Mark is given 90 days to fix his mistakes and mend his relationships with his family and Ramya.
